We fully understand that the product and/or a keen price from the salesman can get the first deal with a new customer, but if he doesnt get the backup and support he deserves the second deal is much harder. So much of our success has to be attributed to the service department and the whole firms commitment to BACK UP.

Its not always possible to repair a machine quickly enough for the customers needs, but with a good stock of second hand tractors there is usually the option of a temporary replacement if required. In addition to our used machines, we keep tractors equipped with loaders and a Telehandler for emergency cover, as stock feeding etc is essential in this area.
