Welcome to the Service Department.

We have a modern well equipped workshop with all the latest special tools, and product trained technicians, to carry out a full range of repairs to the highest standard on a wide range of equipment.

With our commitment to service our team of twelve staff in the service department can offer the following:-

Tractors

Whether they be old scraping tractors or large H.P. fully loaded 4 x 4s, they can all be repaired by our John Deere trained technicians. We doubt that there is a tractor in the South West that could not be H.P. tested on our Froment Dynanometer capable of testing up to 500 hp.

Material Handlers

Are in season all year round. We have product knowledge on both John Deere and Matbro machines. We are happy to carry out work from basic servicing through to complete rebuilds of transmissions or refurbishing workplates. As there is rarely a quite time in the handlers year, we can generally arrange a replacement machine if needed whilst we repair yours.

Combine Harvester

Repairs and servicing have played a big part in our business since the 70s and once again our aim is to keep them going, hence the reason why we carry large stocks of parts and we regularly break combines to keep those older ones going. When it comes to the modern machines our John Deere trained technicians are ready to get the job sorted.

Self Propelled Forage Harvesters

Are looked after by our product trained technicians. We are able to test the engine H.P. of JD Foragers up to 500 hp on our Froment Dynanometer. Our aim is to keep the harvester going, thats why we keep a large selection of spares on the shelf, plus several large components such as cutterhead c/w blades length of chop gearbox and hydraulic pumps etc.

Agricultural Machinery

Whether it be some welding to a yard scrape or rebuilding a forager or baler, we are happy to work on it.

Welding and Fabrication

Work can be carried out in the workshop or on site. All work can be undertaken from repairing a gate to making "one-off" specialist equipment.

Body/Sprayshop

Facilities range from valeting tractors through to complete resprays (even on combines!).
